A user is recognized as any natural or legal person who uses the LevelForecast indicator on a paid or free basis, regardless of the fact of registration on the site

The User undertakes to familiarize themselves with the terms of this Agreement, to monitor their changes independently. The continued use of the Levelforecast indicator by the User after any changes or additions to the Agreement implies the User's consent with such changes or additions. The User's ignorance of the current terms of the Agreement does not relieve the User from the obligations provided in the Agreement, as well as responsibility for failure or improper performance.
The User guarantees that using the LevelForecast indicator does not and will not perform any actions aimed at circumventing technical means of protection against unauthorized use of the LevelForecast indicator, copying Content without notifying the Administrator, as well as any other actions aimed at changing the functional characteristics, destabilization the LevelForecast indicator or LevelForecast.com.
The User hereby gives their consent to receive information, including advertising, materials from the Administrator in any manner, unprohibited by legislation and applicable to the Agreement, in particular, in the interface of the LevelForecast site, as well as via the User's e-mail address or otherwise.
The Administrator undertakes to provide the User with the technical access to the LevelForecast site in the manner and on the terms provided in this Agreement.
The Administrator has the right to restrict the User's access to the LevelForecast site or the LevelForecast indicator at their discretion and without special notice to the User.
The administrator has the right to apply any actions that are not inconsistent with the legislation applicable to this Agreement in order to prevent unauthorized access to the LevelForecast site or the LevelForecast indicator, destabilization of the LevelForecast operation as whole and other actions that violate the rights and legitimate interests of the Administrator.
The Administrator reserves the right to modify and supplement the Agreement at their own discretion at any time without special notice to the User.
In the event of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement, the Party that committed the violation is liable in accordance with the legislation applicable to the Agreement. The Party, which is responsible for non-fulfillment and / or improper performance of its obligations under this Agreement, is obliged to reimburse all direct documented losses caused by such non-fulfillment and / or improper performance to the other Party.
The Administrator has the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the User's access to the Content and / or the LevelForecast indicator at any time, at their discretion, if the User violates the terms of this Agreement, the legislation applicable to this Agreement, and if the Administrator has grounds to consider the User's actions are unconscionable, aimed at violation of the LevelForecast indicator's performance or those that may lead to violation of rights, legitimate interests of the Administrator. In the event that the termination / restriction / suspension of access to the LevelForecast indicator occurred due to the User's fault, including the above actions, the funds paid by the User for access to the paid version of the LevelfForecast indicator are not refundable. The Administrator is not liable for any damage that may be caused to the User by such actions.
The User is solely responsible for their actions related to the use of the Levelforecast indicator including, but not limited to, LevelForecast, Crypto Live, News Live, available at www.levelforecast.com.

In the event of impossibility to allow an access through the fault of the Administrator to the period paid by the User for more than three days but less than 10 calendar days from the date of payment for the relevant Content, the Administrator, upon written request of the User, may extend the User's access period for the relevant period, if such a possibility exists. The User's request, together with the documentary confirmation of the User's requirements, must be sent to the Administrator's mail address specified in the relevant section of the Site. By paying paid access to the LevelForecast Content, the User is notified and agrees that:
Under the terms of this Agreement The User and The Administrator confirm and agree that Services, providing paid access to Content and / or LevelForecast indicator, are deemed rendered at the time of payment by the User.

Payment for Subscription access due to subscription may be made without the User's direct involvement, but with his prior consent on a permanent basis by means of automatic debiting of funds from a bank account or account in the User's electronic payment system, etc. according to the rules and conditions of the bank or payment system, subject to availability of funds in such an account. Automatic withdrawal of funds for Subscription access occurs monthly until the beginning of the Subscription access service in the amount of the subscription price for 1 (one) month. In the event of changes in the cost of Subscription access, the Administrator notifies the User who paid for such Access by sending a corresponding letter to the e-mail address of the User specified during the registration.
Access to the LevelForecast indicator is subject to the technical requirements provided in this Agreement.
To access the LevelForecast Content or the LevelForecast indicator, the User has to have appropriate software to use the LevelForecast indicator.
All questions concerning the purchase of software applications are resolved by the User on their own. Such matters are not subject to this Agreement, and the Administrator is not liable for these actions of the User or third parties.
The user gives their consent to the Administrator or third parties on behalf of the Administrator to process personal data, provided by the User, using cross-border data transmission, in particular: name, surname, e-mail address (login), etc., for the following purposes: identification of the User within the framework of using the LevelForecast indicator; ensuring the possibility of using the indicator, providing the User with access to the LevelForecast Content, as well as information services for the User; communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the LevelForecast indicator, as well as processing requests and applications from the User; improving the quality of the LevelForecast indicator, its user-friendliness.
The processing of personal data is any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, modification), extraction, using, transferring (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
At the same time the Administrator undertakes to take all appropriate and dependent on him actions at that time that are reasonable in this situation and do not go beyond the usual opportunities of the Administrator in matters of ensuring the confidentiality and security of any Personal Data transferred to the territory of any foreign states.
The consent of the User to the processing of their personal data is valid and the period of personal data use is valid during the use period by the User of the Content and 5 (five) years after the last fact of the User's access to the Content or the LevelForecast Site, unless a longer period is provided for by the legislation applicable to the Agreement.
The User is notified and agrees that while cross-border transferring of their personal data, recipients of such data may be in foreign countries that do not protect the rights of subjects of personal data adequately.
The Administrator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
The Administrator undertakes not to disclose information about the User to third parties without the consent of the User, except for disclosure of information at the request of the court and / or law enforcement agencies in accordance with the applicable law.
The User undertakes to indicate accurate and reliable personal data and, in the event of their changes, immediately make appropriate changes to the User account.
In the event that the User considers it necessary to withdraw his consent to the processing of his personal data, the User must send a corresponding notice to the email address: info@Levelforecast.com. In this case, the Administrator deletes the User account from the LevelForecast Site and his personal data. The right provided in this paragraph may be restricted in accordance with the requirements of the law. In particular, such restrictions may require the LevelForecast Site to keep information deleted by the User for a period established by the law and to transfer such information to the government agencies in accordance with the legally established procedure.
In the event that the User does not agree on the processing of his personal data pursuant to this clause of the Agreement, they will be denied to register on the LevelForecast Website and in providing a paid access service to the Content.
All rights of intellectual property to use the Levelforecast indicator belong to the Administrator.
Unless otherwise is expressly provided in the Agreement or indicated by the Administrator, the User does not receive intellectual property rights for Content, sale, other alienation, bringing to the public notice, etc. For violation of intellectual property rights of the Administrator, the User is liable in accordance with the legislation applicable to the Agreement.
Any actions aimed at circumventing the technical protection means under this Agreement in order to gain access to such Content is a violation of copyright and the User is legally and otherwise liable for such actions in accordance with the applicable law.
